Bookera is an online booking service for beauty salons, barbershops and independent specialists. Here is how to contact us, who provides the service and what is charged for.

We reply to emails within 14 calendar days, and to personal data requests within 30 days.

What we provide and what it costs

  • Base

    0 ₴

    Bookings, calendar, clients and chat — no subscription fee. Deposit and prepayment are part of this base. The base includes 1 specialist once payment opens; until then there is no limit. A new venue gets 14 days of the “Team” package.

  • New Bookera visit

    10 %

    Only the first attended visit of a client Bookera brought in: Discover, search or Eve. Cancellations and no-shows create no commission. Tips are not part of the base.

  • Returning and your own clients

    0 %

    A repeat visit at the same venue, a client from your CRM, the venue’s own link and QR.

  • Card payment

    1 %

    Plus the actual LiqPay fee. Two separate payout lines. The client pays no extra fee for paying online.

  • Card tips

    0 %

    Bookera’s 1 % is not withheld from tips paid by card.

  • Boost

    20 %

    On an attended new visit, if the venue itself switched Boost on before the booking was created. Off by default. There is no cap on the rate.

  • Pay-per-click ads

    daily budget

    The venue switches it on itself and sets a daily budget. Off by default. No charge for impressions.

  • “Team” package

    999 ₴/mo

    New venue: 14 days of the “Team” package free, then 1 specialist or 999 ₴/mo. Until payment opens, there is no limit. Later — 999 ₴/mo. Deposit and prepayment are part of the free base. Service SMS (reminders and confirmations) — 1.50 ₴ per SMS, paid by the venue; push is free. Venues already using these features get 6 months free from the date payment opens.

  • Scale

    1,999 ₴/mo

    The dashboard takes the specialist limit and AI Receptionist from the feature matrix, not from a second price list. Payment is not open yet: the button records a request and charges nothing.

  • Enterprise

    from 4,990 ₴/mo

    An individual offer. Payment is not open yet: the button records a request and charges nothing.

  • Service SMS

    1.50 ₴ per SMS

    Visit reminders and confirmations. Paid by the venue. Push is free. The sign-in code is separate: it is at the provider’s rate, and today Bookera pays for it.

  • For clients

    0 ₴

    Search, booking, reminders and cancellation. Bookera adds no mark-up to the venue’s service price.

  • Sign-in code SMS

    1.29 ₴ · paid by Bookera

    TurboSMS provider rate for a Ukrainian subscriber, VAT included. Today Bookera pays; the system issues no invoice to the venue or the client.
