Account deletion
A Bookera account can be deleted permanently. This is not freezing and not removing the app from your phone: personal links are erased, and payment accounting records remain without your name and phone number.
This translation is provided for convenience only; the Ukrainian version prevails.
In the app
Open your profile — “Delete account”. The confirmation is the word DELETE (ВИДАЛИТИ in the Ukrainian interface), so that an accidental tap erases nothing. After that the app calls the server and clears the phone only once the server replies “done”.
If you no longer have the app
Write to [email protected] from the number or email linked to the account. We reply within 30 days and carry out the same erasure as the button in the profile.
What disappears
- profile, family, favourite venues, EVE memory, sign-in methods;
- upcoming bookings are cancelled; the visit history stays with the venue without your name;
- mandatory payment accounting records are kept without personal identity — up to 30 days go to technical completion.
