Can you send us an invoice out of the blue
In short — no: a condition is either already on this page or will only appear in a new version of the contract with a date set in advance.
A venue’s terms are the ones on this page. Bookings, calendar, clients and chat with no subscription fee. The commission on a new Bookera visit, on card payments and for Boost is above. There is no other rate in the dashboard.
We charge the client nothing extra for paying online. Bookera’s 1 % and the LiqPay fee are lines in the settlement with the venue, not a mark-up on the service price.
We give notice of material changes in advance, and the period is published. The Provider gives notice of material changes to the terms no later than 14 calendar days before they take effect, by publishing the new version on the website. Separately: the terms of a booking created before the new version takes effect do not change.
What happens to our data if we do not renew a subscription
The base is not sold as a subscription. Bookings, calendar, clients and chat stay free of a subscription fee. “Team” package. You are the controller of your clients’ data. The Privacy Policy names the venue as the controller of its clients’ personal data and the service as the processor.
Retention periods are published. Account data lives while the account is active and up to 30 days after it is deleted, to complete technical operations. A venue’s notes about a client — up to 180 days.
You can take your client base with you right now. Two CSV files: the client list and the visit history. Permission is checked by the database.
